Dear Customer,
Just before 9am AST our data center provider experienced a major power failure. This power failure caused a power surge that impacted us.
The surge damaged some of our power management equipment. our partners are in the process of repairing and replacing this equipment as needed. Some of the repair work requires the assistance of our data center provider's electricians.
We apologize for this outage and appreciate your patience.
CURRENT STATUS as of 2:30PM
We have been able to restore service to many of our customers but about half of our customers have not had service restored yet. We do not have an ETA for completion at this time but hope to have service restored for our remaining customers by early to mid afternoon Atlantic Standard time.
